The air conditioning is very cool
The wooden decor looks very cozy
An open-plan work environment.
When the boss scolds someone, the whole floor can hear it.
The boss is also very blunt when speaking.
Colleagues are polite and pleasant to your face,
but gossip behind your back and send messages on Line to snicker about you.
The salary advertised on the job site looks very attractive,
but it is basically just the minimum wage.
The bonus system is opaque,
and the salary details are unclear as well.
Promotional activities are changed whenever the boss feels like it,
entirely depending on the boss's mood.
The boundaries between internal roles are unclear.
Basically, each person has to be able to handle multiple jobs.
The more servile and flattering you are, the more the boss likes you.
In the workplace, senior employees are the ones who speak the loudest.
The boss only listens to senior employees.
