Very professional digital marketing—you’ll greatly improve your skills~
The colleagues are all easy to get along with, and there are no cliques.
Perhaps because the industry is quite new, the boss is very receptive to new ideas, which is nice, and they don’t make things difficult when it comes to the budget.
Flexible working hours: a full one-hour window, so you don’t have to worry about being marked late and losing your perfect-attendance bonus~ Come early, leave early; come late, leave late~~~
Paid sick leave, typhoon leave, menstrual leave, and additional annual leave.
Salary adjustments twice a year (this is pretty great).
The company keeps expanding, so new offices are constantly being added~ (Luckily, they’re all laptop-based.)
The turnover rate is indeed high, but, in all fairness, you need to come in ready to give it your all; otherwise, you’ll need to learn more from the company’s experienced staff... (Many people who have worked here and then been recruited into the industry are considered strong professionals.) Personally, I feel that the proportion of cold outreach isn’t high, because the company is already well known in the industry.
Some colleagues who couldn’t stick it out~when clients ask them questions, if they have no idea how to answer, they really lose their sense of presence.
So if you can pass the interview, how far you progress depends on you. The senior colleagues are all highly professional and willing to share. Just think of it as entering a Harvard-level digital marketing program~ Once you’ve learned enough, when you give clients advice, it feels like you’re walking out with quite a bit of swagger (your umbrella may even get blown away).
