When it's relaxed, it's really relaxed. Some days there are barely any customers, or even zero revenue.
There are fixed days off, and part-time employees work six and a half hours a day. It seems suitable for part-time work or finding a side job.
When it's busy, it's insanely busy. It's a small shop, but we have to sell products, run hands-on classes, and prepare food and drinks, with only three employees. Less than two weeks after starting, I was required to memorize all the class materials, product prices and locations, and food and drink recipes.
The classes are handled carelessly. Despite charging very high fees, they expected me, even though I had only been working for three days,
A shift is usually six and a half hours, but I was only actually paid for six hours. They said the half hour was for me to eat, but they wouldn't even let me leave to buy food, and there wasn't really time to eat anyway. They also required us to arrive fifteen minutes early, which meant nearly an hour a day of unpaid work for them. ==
My coworkers were friendly at first, but later it became obvious that I was being excluded. I originally planned to stay for a long time, but ultimately resigned after only a short while.
