The company seemed good at first, but gradually I realized that they don't teach you anything (such as the company culture or how to deal with clients). They even say that you mustn't learn from your mistakes, yet the general manager won't teach you either. When you ask him questions, he finds it annoying, and has even said that employees are brainless pigs. The general manager constantly makes sarcastic remarks about people and describes you as completely worthless, but he never suggests what you could do better. He is always looking down his nose at people and acting superior, making you feel completely worthless at work. Fortunately, after leaving the company, my mental and physical health gradually recovered.
