A terrible interview experience; I can't think of anything positive to say.

The day before, I arranged through the job platform to discuss the job by phone at around 1:30 p.m. Since the platform only described the position as general affairs work, I specifically made time for it. However, the recruiter did not call for a long time. The messages I sent in the meantime were not even read. After half an hour, I called the company directly, and only then did the recruiter casually say that they had forgotten about today's phone interview. There was not even a single apology. I personally found this extremely disrespectful to job seekers and to their own professionalism, and damaging to the company's image. It was only after our discussion that they said the position posted on the platform was a fixed-term contract, which would be renewed only if the company continued to receive projects. I don't understand why this was not stated in the job description, as it wasted both parties' time.
