1. There is air conditioning on the premises. Although it is not very cold, at least there is air conditioning.
2. The manager who conducted the interview was friendly.
3. He spoke honestly and mentioned that the plant might later be relocated due to urban redevelopment. He could only guarantee that it would definitely remain in Sanzhong for one year.
Interview process
For the warehouse position, you will be notified to go to the warehouse for the interview.
The company at the warehouse is called Crown Electrical Industrial Co., Ltd.
The notification asks you to press the doorbell, but there was no response even after pressing it several times. Calling directly would be faster.
After entering, ask someone to direct you to the second floor and fill out an application form. The manager will then ask some basic questions,
such as why you left your previous job and about your past work experience.
I knew approximately what he wanted to ask, so I directly mentioned the keywords he was looking for, and we did not discuss my past work experience for very long.
Next, he asked how much I wanted in terms of compensation and benefits, so I asked him to explain the work process in more detail.
I asked because the listing on 104 only mentioned warehouse work and receiving and issuing materials.
In reality, the job also includes preparing materials and retaining shared materials when splitting orders—some of the more troublesome steps.
If you become familiar with all of these, he will hope that you can learn to manage things independently.
He then takes you around each area of the plant so that you can understand approximately what each area does.

Cons
1. The location may be somewhat inconvenient.
2. The plant will be relocated later.
3. Only the salary was mentioned; benefits and other compensation were not discussed at all.

Things I can accept, but opinions may vary
1. The foreign workers at the plant are Filipino, not Vietnamese. When Chinese communication is not possible, you may need to have a certain level of English proficiency.
2. They do not want you to simply follow orders mechanically. They expect you to proactively help others after finishing your own work; being too passive may result in dismissal.
3. The plant is not large, and the warehouse is even smaller, so managing it may be relatively troublesome.
