Punctual working hours
Year-end bonus and bonuses for the three major festivals
Low work efficiency and slow salary growth.
Regardless of age, people inside the company simply coast along and pass the work around; there are not many who work seriously. Yet, ironically, those who only talk without taking action can all get promoted and receive salary increases.
The company has no vision. Every year, it repeats the same things, with little progress—and neither do the employees.
If you want to strive and build up your abilities and experience, I believe there are definitely better choices than this place.
