A completely chaotic interview—the interviewer and the hiring manager's remarks were really unpleasant. HR finds candidates and then lets the on-site manager nitpick them as if they were so important. What does “if you weren't hired, then it was settled” even mean? Regarding emotional management, how many times do you need to ask the same question? What does “will you be unable to forget the work content at your previous company” mean? Then don't ask for someone with experience. During the video interview, you also asked when I could get up to speed. How is anyone supposed to answer that without having seen the actual work environment and operating procedures? If the person can't adapt, they'll end up leaving after only a few days anyway. Leave this kind of thing to professionals. There was no follow-up afterward either. No wonder you can't hire anyone, as reported in the news. This application process is simply a joke and a waste of everyone's time.
