The boss and the boss’s wife have absolutely no management experience. The sales staff make money for the company, but there are no performance bonuses, and the bonuses have no clear standards. Also, if the boss doesn’t like you, they will fire you; if someone the boss likes doesn’t like you, you’ll be pushed out too!
