Working abroad or for a foreign company that is genuinely based in Taiwan will open up a whole new world.

The short version: A Zhonghe company that uses an American company label to deceive people; the boss is notorious and feared throughout Taiwan’s industry.

Unless you’re tired of your current life and want to turn up the difficulty, or there’s someone you secretly dislike whom you want to send straight to hell,

otherwise, whether they are former employees, current employees, or related vendors, everyone will tell you to run as far away from this company’s boss as possible.

And whatever you do, don’t look back.

1. The boss has no professional expertise and doesn’t know how to respect people. Capable employees quickly resign or get fired,

so the products are not competitive and the company has no future.

2. This is the first time I’ve ever seen an employee get called over and berated by the boss for going to the restroom, while also being required to write a daily work journal.

The boss controls employees’ clothing and appearance, hairstyle restrictions, and even leaving their seats. Working here is even less dignified than being an elementary school student.

3. Employees are sent to the factory whenever they disagree with the boss. In reality, everyone wants to go because it means they don’t have to see the boss.

4. Being late means being forced to take leave, and overtime is unpaid.

5. Even after working for nearly a year, I was still paid the probationary salary until the day I resigned.
