1. They don't pay you after you leave the company.

2. They are reluctant to approve overtime forms, saying that you are bad at managing your time.

3. The boss is very conceited. When my design and the boss's design were both sent to the client and the client chose my design, the boss still kept criticizing it.

4. As soon as you join the company, they expect you to become familiar with all the processes. On your second day, they even said that if you weren't familiar with them within a week, you would be asked to leave.

5. On my first day, they gave me a lot of work all at once. Before I could finish one task, they immediately assigned me another.

6. They talk to you about work during mealtimes and don't let you eat in peace.

7. They compare my previous job with theirs, as if they were more capable. In my view, my previous workplace was far more professional than this company.

8. In the end, I would tell all designers—both newcomers and veterans—to look elsewhere. A company with poor training and benefits isn't worth staying at!
