Pros

As someone who entered the workforce for the first time at the beginning of this year, I’m grateful to have previously benefited from information on Tianyan Tong and avoided some pitfalls, so I wanted to share my experience so far:

[Interview] The interview was conducted by the supervisor and an HR representative. Overall, it was relaxed, and the job responsibilities were explained very clearly.

[First day] Quite a few people reported for work that day (I’m afraid that being too specific about the number might reveal who I am…). After checking in, we had orientation training. Once the training ended, it was around noon, and HR took everyone to their respective departments. In the afternoon, I began the handover with the colleague who was about to leave.

[Actual work] I’m worried that describing my work too specifically might identify me (my workload isn’t very large yet), but I really entered a lot of orders incorrectly @@. Thanks to the senior colleagues in my department for not giving up on me…. The desks are electric and can be raised so you can work standing up, which is a blessing for women worried about gaining weight. However, we often order afternoon tea together, so it may accidentally cancel that out hahaha. Also, perhaps because there are more women in our department, everyone helps each other more. Although I’m still a complete rookie, my colleagues are all very nice, so I’ve felt that things have been pretty okay since I started working.

Cons

Although the supervisor mentioned during the interview that the pace of work in our department was fast, it is actually extremely fast. Just memorizing the products I’m responsible for is already challenging; for someone who isn’t interested in 3C computer products, it would probably be difficult to endure. The various models are genuinely hard to remember. I’m often afraid that I won’t be able to keep up and will hold everyone back, so I’m still working hard to learn and adjust my mindset. The above is more of a personal issue and probably shouldn’t count as a drawback, but I’m sharing it as a reference for everyone.
