The company environment is fairly clean.
If you want to coast until retirement, you are very welcome here, because the boss and one manager-level person like hearing flattering words.
1. There is a restroom inside the kitchen.
2. The hardware is very basic; the laptops run Windows XP, and the Office software is from 2003.
3. The “senior staff”: They trade on their seniority and claim to be easy to communicate with, but insist on their own views and are unwilling to listen. They speak inconsistently and repeatedly change what they say. For anyone considering joining this company, besides listening carefully to work-related matters, please do not take anything else they say too seriously.
4. There is a significant difference between the salary income and the amount insured for labor insurance. In other words, labor insurance and the 6% labor pension contributions will be paid, but the insured amount will definitely not match your salary figure.
5. One percent is deducted from your personal salary as a welfare fund. This was not mentioned during the interview, and it will not appear on the salary statement.
