If you think your life is too good and want to practice your EQ,
and if you like gossiping with those nosy busybodies, supporting “merit Taiwan,” don't care that the pay is too low, or enjoy palace-intrigue dramas,
then it would be a very good choice for you.
The interviewers are gossip broadcasters. They treat administrative work as a retirement position.
They really like putting on an act as if they are very impressive and lecturing the other person. They have no respect for applicants.
During the process, they love pressuring applicants with questions completely unrelated to the job, especially fishing for information about their relationship status.
They also take the opportunity to spread gossip about other colleagues.
They are very good at pulling rank and shirking responsibility.
They ask applicants to type documents and make tables for them under the pretext of a typing test. How lazy can they be?
Fresh graduates should be careful not to be bullied or taken advantage of after joining.
The salary and benefits are all crap—minimum wage—and they still dare to demand that people work overtime, while the supervisor is such a piece of garbage.
No wonder they can never find anyone for the administrative position. They deserve it (serves them right).
Not even a monkey would want to work there, okay?
