Although it is in the food and beverage industry, there is a separate office inside the building. Once you enter the office, there is only one person there. First, you fill out basic information in the meeting room. There is a lot to write—almost like having to write an autobiography again—so it takes some time. Afterward, they ask you to add a fan page on LINE, where you answer questions and complete a personality test online. After finishing everything, which takes around 30–40 minutes, the owner and a supervisor conduct the interview. The owner is a man in his sixties, and the other supervisor is a woman in her forties or fifties. They begin with a brief self-introduction and an introduction to your previous work experience.
The entire process takes a little over an hour. They take turns asking questions. For example, they explain that the position exists mainly because the company is opening more branches. Since the original accountant's workload has increased, they are hiring an additional person to provide support. Therefore, most of the work consists of administrative tasks, cleaning and tidying, conducting inventory within the company (so there is a very strong cumin smell inside), entering incoming meat and vegetable items into the system, and so on.
Because there are very few people in the internal office staff, the only colleague in this position is the accounting supervisor. The office environment feels very quiet, just as others online have described: a quiet environment with almost no colleagues. The accountant also participated in the interview later and seemed to be a kind and quiet person. Since this is an assistant-type position, they mentioned that the salary would be roughly in line with what is stated online. The salary and benefits follow the Labor Standards Act, including days off on national holidays, and are neither particularly outstanding nor particularly low. Others online mentioned that the salary may be increased through other bonuses, but they did not specifically discuss how the salary structure is calculated. Overall, the position seems more suitable for someone looking for fixed working hours or a short-term job. There is not much difficulty or opportunity for development in the work. As other reviews have said, the pay is low, there are many miscellaneous tasks, and there is only one colleague.
