I applied for an administrative assistant position and was hired despite having no relevant work experience.
The work environment is uncomplicated, and my colleagues are very nice.
As long as you finish the day’s tasks, you can leave work on time.
New employees who do not understand the work processes will not receive special guidance. You need to take the initiative to observe and be able to work independently.
The company is relatively understaffed, so there are many tasks to handle and it cannot constantly look after new employees or solve all their problems for them.
After joining, the company will say that you also need to do the work of a general affairs staff member; the job is not limited to organizing documents.
If your work performance does not meet the supervisor’s expectations, you may be reassigned to work as a cleaner and may also be asked to write a resignation letter and check the box for voluntary resignation.
The supervisor expects work results and efficiency, as well as a good attitude and politeness. Simply working diligently cannot completely make up for lacking these qualities.
