The company environment is fairly comfortable. There is a one-and-a-half-hour lunch break at noon. If you like drinking beer, the company has an entire warehouse of expired beer that it cannot sell, waiting for you to drink—but they still charge you for it even though it’s expired.
A huge, unscrupulous family business. The big boss considers himself an emperor and expects employees to treat him with the utmost respect. He wants you to attend his beer classes, agree with his ideas, and immediately answer all his calls and messages on holidays, treating all subordinate employees like servants.
The supervisors are all family members, and they exploit employees by making them do a bunch of tasks unrelated to their jobs.
Kaohsiung Xizhuo Niuyin Restaurant, Beer Republic, Xizhuo Niuyin, Hanlian Marine Transport, Hanyang Marine Transport, Hanwei Marine Transport, and Hong Kong Hualian International Co., Ltd. are all owned by the same boss.
The boss wants to put beer in vending machines for sale in Taiwan. If you see this company’s vending machines by the roadside, report them; this is illegal in Taiwan.
