Does an air-conditioned factory count?!
The work environment is far too noisy. I have personally worked at three companies.
I have never encountered anywhere this noisy.
Because it is an assembly line (with a very strong emphasis on speed), everything is on one continuous line, and all the work is crammed together.
There is the sound of air guns spraying to clean parts, the sound of electrical distribution motors being test-run, and the sounds of the air conditioning, air compressors, and compressors.
These noises are constantly present, with varying intensity, pitch, and frequency.
My work location was right in the middle of the entire factory, so I could not stand the noise coming from all directions.
Personally, I feel that wearing earplugs cannot solve this problem.
We also had to wear purple plastic gloves and a construction hard hat. After sweating, my bangs were soaking wet.
Overtime was required every day, including Saturdays. The factory site was under renovation, so we sat on the floor to eat boxed lunches and sleep at our work area.
The overtime was excessive. The annual salary, including the year-end bonus, should be around NT$700,000. Recommended for people who can really endure tough conditions.
