1. Non-shift workers are subject to a responsibility-based work system with no overtime pay; unused overtime hours automatically expire after six months.

3. As in the technology industry, starting salaries are differentiated by educational background, with salary ceilings based on degrees. It is possible for a bachelor’s degree holder with 4–5 years of experience to earn the same salary as the starting salary of a newly hired master’s degree holder.
4. The factory environment is hot, humid, and noisy, with numerous areas posing risks of missteps or entanglement/crushing accidents. On average, each factory experiences 3–4 occupational accidents per year.
5. Some factory dormitories house two people per room, leaving no personal privacy.
