1. After handing over your responsibilities properly, you can take leave flexibly, with no limit on the amount of leave
2. The organization is flat and information is transparent; it’s pleasant to work with colleagues
3. Colleagues help and support one another
4. The company often holds collaborative learning sessions and book clubs, providing many opportunities to absorb new knowledge
5. Fully remote
6. There aren’t many complicated rules, and the company greatly respects employees’ autonomy
1. Although leave is flexible, you need to practice being a little thick-skinned so you can feel comfortable taking time off
2. It’s a project-based company, so you often need to look for new projects. The upside is that there are many opportunities to try different things
3. Not particularly recommended for newcomers with zero experience. The company doesn’t have many resources for comprehensive training, but colleagues are all happy to help answer questions
4. The company discourages overtime, but every task must be tracked using Toggl. During regular meetings, people check in on the hours spent on tasks, which can lead to quietly working overtime without daring to say so
5. Overall, the challenges are varied and the work is very tiring but still fairly free. I’m grateful to the company for providing many opportunities to explore and try different things
