The management is so terrible that colleagues are friendly and have a strong sense of solidarity.
After leaving, you’ll feel that the verbal abuse elsewhere is nothing serious.
It’s a family business, and the managers are all relatives of the female owner. The female owner treats employees using PUA tactics (she won’t even let you off when you’re leaving).
Employees are required to clean the office. If employees don’t want to clean, they still have to share the cost of hiring a cleaning company.
The head of the design department earns a very high salary, but assigns all the difficult client projects to subordinates. They do not train new employees and keep information to themselves.
The atmosphere at the company is very peculiar.
