The salary is about 5,000 higher than at other companies in the same industry where I previously worked.

The lunch break is relatively long, so you can take a nap, and there is also a perfect-attendance bonus.

I do not recommend this workplace to designers; the turnover rate is too high.

The work requires discussions with the sales team, but the sales staff push problems onto designers by calling them design issues, even though the details were not clarified at the beginning.

Also, the seats are very close to the people behind you. Some colleagues completely disregard whether they are in a public setting: they cough and spit openly, and play music loudly through their headphones as if they were speakers, without caring whether you want to hear it.

Of course, wearing headphones can help you avoid these noises, but then you cannot hear colleagues calling you and will get scolded.

They call it a relaxed environment, but so many people come to work wearing slippers that it is no longer relaxed—it is just careless.

And some people are protected by management. More senior designers can spend two or three hours a day smoking or be late every day without consequences because their supervisors cover for them.

But what about new employees? You are on your own.
