Pros

I’d like to briefly share my interview experience for everyone’s reference.

I was job hunting while still employed, so it was somewhat inconvenient to arrange the interview time. Fortunately, the company was willing to reschedule the interview for me.

On the day of the interview, while waiting for the interviewer, I took a quick look around the company’s environment. The space was quite large and clean.

The interviewer arrived shortly afterward. They first asked me to introduce myself, then talked about my previous work experience before explaining the company’s membership system, how it plans to drive traffic, and so on. Finally, I was given a question: I had to plan how to organize a membership marketing campaign with a set budget. I wasn’t very familiar with digital gaming platforms, so I had to rack my brain and come up with an answer on the spot.

Afterward, since there was still enough time, we chatted casually for a while. The interviewer said that if I joined the company later, it would be okay not to understand something—I should just ask. As long as I asked and they had time, they would teach me. They seemed like an easygoing person to work with.

I hope I’ll have the opportunity to join, since I’d be able to see and learn different things. Also, according to the interviewer, there are occasional employee benefits.

Cons

I’m not familiar with digital gaming platforms, so I feel that the responsibilities of this position are relatively complex and demanding. It seems there are many partner platforms to manage, such as X Tiger, All X, and Three X.

As for food options, you have to walk quite a bit farther. If I get the job, I guess I’ll just have to obediently walk out to buy lunch, QQ.
