Pros

I’ve been thinking for almost an hour, and I still can’t think of any advantages.....

Cons

If you want to try working for a bizarre company, you absolutely have to come to this one!!

I think if you’ve ever worked both domestically and abroad, you absolutely have to give this super~~~~bizarre company a try!!~

Once you leave, you’ll feel that any company would be a~hap!py! com!pa!ny!!!

This is an inhumane and inexplicably strange company. For example, there’s the traffic-light system that many people have already mentioned. Although the boss says it is meant to let employees arrange and plan their own time, in reality it is a system that makes employees live as if they were in a military camp.

During interviews, they repeatedly emphasize that the company absolutely does not require overtime!!! Because even if you can’t finish your work, you absolutely will not be paid for working overtime. Then they blame you, saying you didn’t plan your time properly, which is why you couldn’t finish.

During interviews, they emphasize that there is no such thing as flexible time if you arrive late. If you are one minute late, you have to take personal leave for the entire day, and you must sign a written declaration to that effect during the interview.

So you can see that this is a strange company that deliberately goes against the Labor Standards Act, yet uses the Labor Standards Act against employees whenever it is unfavorable to the company.

Whenever the boss scolds people, he always uses the nastiest words to provoke employees, then says that the employees forced him to say those things.

Every year, they ask you to fill out a performance review form, but it is really just for show. In reality, everything depends on whether the boss is happy. Employees the boss favors get as much as 27 months’ pay!! If he’s unhappy, even an excellent performance review gets you absolutely nothing.

The money everyone worked hard to earn last year was completely wiped out by the boss when he got unhappy at this year’s spring banquet. He then blamed the department managers, saying it wasn’t that he didn’t want to give out the bonuses—it was that those managers had decided not to.

He only ever pampers the employees he likes. As long as he thinks you’re fat, fair-skinned, fond of acting cute, willing to wag your tail, kneel, cling to his legs, flatter him, and loudly say, “Yes!!!! Boss, everything you say is right!!!!,” you can make mistakes and the boss will have someone else take responsibility for them for you.

This company always likes to turn minor matters into major ones. You can constantly see those bootlickers, because with just one word from the boss, they can make a tiny issue as tense and absurd as if the president were coming to visit.

I actually think the “Fat Imperial Consort” is quite impressive. Whenever she makes a mistake, the boss immediately finds someone to take the blame. In front of the boss, she acts like a little kitten, but toward her coworkers she has the expression of, “I’m second to only one person and above everyone else; you’d better not make me unhappy.”

A company like this always treats its employees like monkeys. At the spring banquet, employees are made to go onstage and sing. If you sing well, you can get money, but regardless of how well you sing, it simply depends on the moods of the boss and the imperial consort. If they don’t like you, they’ll make you sing and dance like a monkey, then say your singing and dancing were poor and refuse to give you a bonus....

Oh, I’ve thought of one advantage: the company has recently carried out mass layoffs. Although they tell you to get lost with almost no notice and completely out of the blue, at least they give you the legally required 10-day notice period and don’t make you come into the office~~ I think it may be because the boss is afraid employees will steal data or bully the employees he favors!!

(I suppose that counts as an advantage!?)

There are really many more disadvantages I could write about, but I probably couldn’t finish them all in one go. If you want to try working for a bizarre company, you’re welcome to join—but if you don’t, please, absolutely!!!!! stay away from this company.

Good luck, everyone, and please congratulate me on having left this extremely dysfunctional company~
