The boss is extremely emotional. As long as she doesn’t like you, she concludes that you lack ability and are not suitable for the company. She won’t tell you directly—instead, she simply ignores you and gives you the silent treatment, then lays you off after using you. She is extremely calculating!

After joining, there was absolutely no handover. You had to figure everything out on your own, and the computer equipment was actually ten years old! The software they used was even worse, to put it mildly.

Also, there were two meetings every week, and they were the kind of completely meaningless meetings. What surprised me more was that when the company’s business development staff approached clients, they had to send candle samples—and the staff even had to pay out of pocket to buy the samples for the clients!? The whole thing was completely baffling... They even try to make money off their employees...

The boss is extremely immature and easily uses emotionally charged language toward vendors or clients during meetings. They’re not children... It’s hard to imagine a boss saying such things, and she has absolutely no trust in her employees.

Finally, if you really intend to join this company, please think twice. Don’t waste your time.
