I strongly recommend not wasting your time interviewing.

Don't waste your time. The way things are done here is seriously problematic. It's truly amazing that the company is still around. I didn't see any R&D personnel here; the employees from my time were dismissed one by one. I only reluctantly stayed because I hadn't found another job yet, and then, before the Lunar New Year, they told me to leave. Don't waste your time here—any company is better than this one.
