There is not much overtime. Sometimes you can get defective items with printing errors that customers did not want. It is easy to take leave, but menstrual leave has to be taken as personal leave; otherwise, they tell you to see a doctor and say that if you have menstrual pain, it means there is something wrong with your body, which is why it hurts. Some employees there are easy to get along with.
Some senior employees have poor emotional intelligence and poor emotional management, and easily fly into a rage over minor things. They refuse to back down even when they are in the wrong, and seem to think that because they have been there a long time, they are very impressive. Their perspective is very narrow, and sometimes, even when something is clearly their fault, they still argue with you. Also, the job duties discussed in the interview are completely different from the actual work, and the position is completely misrepresented. It feels like they just lure you in first and deal with the rest later. The benefits and policies also do not comply with the Labor Standards Act, and the salary is different from what was discussed in the interview. When questioned, they come up with a bunch of excuses to fob you off. During the first three days, they worry that you will quit, so they do not enroll you in labor and health insurance. Sick leave is deducted from your full salary. The booklet given to you when you start contains several pages detailing the rules for deducting annual leave and other leave, which do not comply with the Labor Standards Act. You can experience many of these things after you are hired~
