The boss has a very arrogant attitude. A selfish, terrible company. A very poor working environment—no wonder fewer and fewer people are staying. Don’t blame the declining birth rate; you should reflect on how much you have failed in your attitude toward people. Extremely stingy toward employees, with an arrogant attitude.
