No one trains new hires or supervises them. If you make even a small mistake, they say you’re not suitable and ask you to leave that same day. I had only been working there for one or two days, and no one was watching or guiding me—so is this the supervisor’s problem or the new employee’s? They also kept emphasizing how expensive the machines were and that I couldn’t afford to compensate them if I damaged them, along with various sarcastic remarks. At least I was very respectful toward the supervisor. A warning to other interviewees: if you encounter a dark, heavyset, bespectacled supervisor who has a slight lisp, run—don’t let him trick you into joining, only to kick you out again.
