The advantages are quite simple: the colleagues are very nice, and you leave work on time.

There aren’t many people in this company, so there aren’t really cliques or anything like that. The colleagues are also united and help one another.

The drawback is the boss’s wife. In practice, you have to work according to her mood and reactions. She may suddenly raise her voice or be in a bad mood, and even after confirming that something is complete, she may ask you to change it again not long afterward. It can go on endlessly.

I recommend this job to people with very strong patience or those urgently in need of work. Personally, however, I do not particularly recommend it. Those who need a job can still consider whether they can accept it, but I personally cannot, because no matter how nice the colleagues are, the main person you have to deal with is still the boss’s wife, and it can be mentally exhausting.
