After the interview time had already been arranged, they sent a message the day before the interview saying: “We’re very sorry, but the company doesn’t have a suitable position for you.” When I called, they said they had already found someone.

Then why did you call me to notify me about the interview in the first place？？

The company’s job opening is still posted, though. Didn’t you say you had already found someone？？
