The studio is quite beautiful.
At a glance, it seems there are only three people internally (maybe they really keep things very lean?).
As soon as I arrived, they asked me to fill out their résumé form.
It was three pages in total, including one page asking me to write about my strengths, weaknesses, sense of accomplishment at work, expectations for this job, and so on.
Only after I finished writing did I interview with the interviewer (the writing took longer than the interview).
I asked because I wanted to understand the responsibilities of this position.
They replied, “Didn’t you read what’s written on 104?”
I said, “You mean what’s written there?” They said yes.
It was my first time encountering an answer like that ^_^
It also felt like they weren’t very easy to deal with?
In short, after the interview, I felt that this position seemed to be looking for someone who is very good at leading photo shoots.
Whether they can do layout and design seems to be secondary.
Sharing this for everyone’s reference.
