1. Unlimited snacks and drinks….
2. Searching for this company’s name online also brings up another company with the name reversed, including on Tainyan. I don’t know if this is because gambling-related businesses are not very open about their operations….. This gambling company in Neihu is called “Tengjie” Technology Co., Ltd.
3. No overtime; working hours start and end punctually at 9.
4. A comfort zone for people with poor abilities. There are also capable people, but most are people with poor abilities who do not improve.
1. More or less the same as the previous person’s review.
2. The work is not difficult, challenging, or developmental; it is indeed very boring. Fresh graduates are advised to try more jobs, or, if short on money, they can come here temporarily while looking for something better. This place suits people who do not want to use their brains and want to coast toward retirement (and are not afraid of getting caught).
3. There are very, very few ambitious people in the company…. Because it is team-based work and mistakes are not really punished, everyone gets scolded together, then a representative supervisor is sent to apologize and the matter is closed (the same mistakes will still happen and be followed by another apology next time). I felt that if I stayed too long, I would also be assimilated and become less capable, so I quickly left once I found another job….
4. Capable people realize that they cannot learn many skills here, and that there is almost nothing to learn from the supervisors or colleagues, so nearly all of them want to leave. The incompetent people remain, forming cliques to comfort one another, creating a vicious cycle that leaves behind a group of colleagues with below-average abilities.
5. Although the work is not very difficult, working 12 hours a day is really long….. The most comfortable positions are probably those of the supervisors and HR: they come in at noon and leave in the afternoon. The manager is always abroad, so I have never seen them.
6. The supervisors like to make grand promises but have never fulfilled them (which is probably true of many companies). Supervisory and management positions are saturated, opportunities for promotion are limited, and the pay increases are small.
7. No bonuses or gifts for the three major holidays, only the most basic protections required by the Labor Standards Act.
8. The colleagues all look somewhat balding and nerdy. Even though there is not much work or pressure, they cannot even take care of their eyes…
