Pros
1. A very traditional company
2. Colleagues are easy to get along with
3. Supervisors are highly accepting of overtime
Cons
1. Veteran employees run the company. If you make them unhappy, they will complain about you! They do not communicate face-to-face, and there is no adjustment period for new employees!
2. The boss only listens to the veteran employees!
3. They cannot accept new ideas. If you suggest changes to their way of doing things, you will be labeled as a difficult new employee!
