Pros

The interview was for the Tainan warehouse.

I really can’t think of any advantages. Ah… there is one: before lunchtime arrives, you can leave early to go out for lunch. I often saw that reserve supervisor leave to eat before 12 o’clock. I can’t think of anything else.

Cons

The work area is on the first and second floors and is very large. Appliances do not have fixed storage location numbers; just put them wherever there is space. In short, it is a complete mess.

The reserve supervisor does not even know how to use the ERP computer—what kind of supervisor is that? It’s laughable 😆. Even when typing, they look at one character at a time and type it 🤣.

They also claimed to have previously been a section manager at Chi Mei. They are very calculating and afraid that others will take their position. It is really hard to imagine someone like this having been a section manager (exposed) 🤣.

They also lack the ability to adapt to circumstances; they are very rigid and insist on doing things their own way! They drive the forklift recklessly—even when an air conditioner was thrown off, they acted as if nothing had happened. As for new employees, it goes without saying: if an air conditioner falls from a height and is damaged, they still hide the damaged item and pretend nothing happened. When working with teammates like this, you really need to know how to protect yourself.

The salary is just as 104 stated. As for whether there are raises… I heard a former employee who had worked there for over a year say there were none, so I can only guess…

The benefits are ordinary. There are no rules governing the work content, and there is no 6S.

Lunch is at your own expense. There are tons of mosquitoes 🤣.

The environment is dirty and disorganized. I recommend not wasting your time going to the interview.
