The colleagues are very nice and always help one another.

1. The turnover rate is extremely high! I was inexplicably laid off (on the day I was laid off, half the people at the company were also inexplicably laid off).

2. You can name your salary, but they will also fire you very quickly.

3. They have very little trust in employees. Whenever they are displeased, their attitude is extremely poor; if they want you to resign voluntarily, they will give you the silent treatment.

4. They ask about performance every day and expect everyone to find ways to improve it. We have to come up with activities every day, yet they provide no resources whatsoever. Sales staff even have to pay out of pocket to buy products from the company to give to clients when visiting them.

5. I heard that they declared bankruptcy in Taipei, could not pay salaries, and completely closed the Taipei office. They are now starting over in a home office in Nantun, Taichung, and are planning to move to Wuri again!!!!!

6. Before laying people off, they do not discuss the work with the people concerned; they simply announce that they will be laid off, then use the layoff process to force them to take over other people's work.

7. Employees are not allowed to discuss things, yet we are expected to organize activities.

8. During the interview, they said that the boss was very open-minded and would not interfere with employees' work, only looking at the results. That is absolutely not true!! After joining, they meddle in everything, big or small, and control every matter; everything has to be reported.

9. When leaving, I requested a certificate of employment, but they did not want to issue one. They even said that we had not paid them anything when we came here. After I told them that I wanted this company's certificate of employment and that it had nothing to do with my previous company, they reluctantly issued one to us.

10. They are moving to Wuri. Everyone, please be extremely careful and do not waste your time. They only want to spend very little money to hire someone who can do ten people's jobs!
