Pros
The manager's technical skills are decent, and you can learn quite a lot on the job.
Cons
Low salary
The manager likes to demand unpaid overtime. If they can't pressure you into it, they'll force you to leave; if they don't like you, they'll also try to force you out.
The job opening on 104 is always posted because they can't find anyone.
