The turnover rate is extremely high in every department. This is a company that treats employees as disposable chopsticks, and I genuinely do not recommend joining it.

The company has many unwritten rules. For example, with its various reward and punishment systems, you may not see a single reward in a month, but there are a pile of punishments, with 3,000 or 5,000 deducted. The salaries listed on employment websites are nothing more than bait.

The turnover rate is so high that it is truly pathetic. That is why, as soon as you make your résumé public, if this company is within your area, you will almost certainly receive a call from it!

And really, don’t be fooled by that bait. During the interview, they may even sprinkle some sesame seeds on it for you, making it look more appetizing—but in reality, you may not get to eat it and might even have to pay money back.
