I received a job invitation from a job bank.
Since I wanted to learn more about the job responsibilities, I sent a brief inquiry via message, but it was read and left unanswered.
I don't understand whether HR is actually looking for people or whether the job posting was just put up for the sake of it.
Does every applicant really have to go to an in-person interview just to learn more about the job responsibilities?
Not everyone lives close to the company, you know.
Please show some respect when recruiting.
I don't know what the company is like, but it has shown no respect whatsoever to job seekers.
It is truly unacceptable.
