The work is occasionally quite easy.
Cheeting, Riyue Parking, and Yishe are all the same company.
During the interview, they told both my coworker and me that we would only occasionally need to work outside and do some cleaning. But shortly after I started, it became something we had to do every day.
When working outside, you have to use your own motorcycle, but they do not reimburse your fuel expenses.
You are also required to do accounting work, such as depositing money at the bank, completing Form 401 reports, and filling out daily reports. I am a parking lot attendant, not an accountant.
Night-shift workers have to go to each site to settle the payment machines. If the night-shift daily report is not completed properly, the day-shift workers have to deal with it.
The division of responsibilities is unclear, which easily leads to disputes.
The supervisors are unfamiliar with the parking lot operations. The attendants are actually more familiar with them, which is unbelievable.
Basically, they can never fully staff the positions because the supervisors do not listen to employees’ opinions and keep changing instructions from one day to the next.
I would really rather work at another parking lot.
