The interview took place at the store.
After entering, a colleague led me to a long table inside to wait.
Because the manager was delayed while serving a customer that day, another colleague (presumably also a supervisor) first conducted a brief Q&A.
The whole process was relaxed and pleasant, more like chatting with a friend, so there was not much pressure.
Since the position I applied for was unrelated to my major, the supervisor also asked why I wanted to change career paths and told me that there might be opportunities to apply my field of study at work in the future.
After chatting for a few minutes, the manager returned.
The manager was also a very gentle person and apologized to me for being late.
They then began introducing the company’s size, future plans, and potential promotion and career development after joining the company.
(The company is currently planning to open physical stores in Taipei and Kaohsiung, so if you perform well in the future, there may be opportunities for a transfer or direct promotion to store manager.)
Since the company does not have many employees, regardless of the position applied for, everyone needs to get to know one another so they can handle emergencies.
The company welcomes newcomers. As long as you are willing to learn, they are very willing to teach.
The entire interview lasted about 25–30 minutes.
During the process, the manager preferred to let me ask questions, so I recommend that anyone interested in applying
think about what they would like to learn more about.
I ultimately decided to take another job and did not join this company, so I am not sure whether there were any issues with it~
