2. The performance evaluation system is incomplete, employee education and training are inadequate, and the head office currently has no intention of improving them. As a result, newcomers can easily be disadvantaged, particularly when it comes to passing the probationary period.
3. The office atmosphere depends on the branch manager’s management style; the atmosphere in some units is quite poor.
4. The job involves many miscellaneous administrative tasks, and procedures are lengthy. Little effort has been made to simplify administrative processes over the years, so those transferring from a private-sector bank may feel a significant difference.
