1. There is a huge discrepancy between the salary discussed during the interview and the actual salary received!!

The salary discussed during the interview was a monthly salary of 32,000, with an average inventory-handling allowance of 2,000–3,000, and a meal allowance subsidized by the company at 40 per day (based on the actual number of days worked). The actual amount received, with everything added together, was around 32,000; I have even received less than 31,000! When asking the supervisor, there are always various reasons and excuses. Job seekers should pay special attention!

2. Saturday duty is required. They say it is on a rotating basis with every other Saturday off, but in reality I was assigned to work consecutive Saturdays. When I raised this with the supervisors, they only said there was no one available and told me to find someone to cover my shift myself, while the senior employees enjoy their days off. They are blatantly taking advantage of new employees!

3. You can do your own things during downtime, but the senior employees and supervisors cannot stand it. They will find unpleasant tasks for new employees to do, while they themselves can play on their phones for several hours without any problem! They criticize new employees while enjoying themselves!

4. This is a company with no benefits. When I asked the supervisor about the company's benefits, they actually said that the benefits were already included in the salary. The salary is 32,000 (base salary 26,000 + inventory-handling allowance 5,000 + meal allowance 880). The inventory-handling and meal allowances are what they call “benefits”!!
