-The working hours are very flexible, which is pretty nice!
-If you ride a scooter or drive, you may need to rent a monthly parking space nearby; otherwise, with so many office buildings in the area, it’s basically impossible to find a parking spot!
---Additional Interview Experience---
I recently interviewed for the position of Senior Website Platform Planner, so I’d like to share my experience. The company is fairly close to Nanjing Sanmin MRT Station, about a five-minute walk away. The exterior of the office building is rather old, so if you’re hoping for a fancy office building, you might be a little disappointed. However, the inside of the office is quite modern, and you can tell that the company is willing to provide employees with a comfortable workspace!
I waited 10 minutes for the manager during the interview. The manager looked very busy. First, they asked me to share my previous work experience and examples of projects I had worked on. The manager seemed genuinely interested in understanding the process—from coming up with an idea, to planning, and finally execution—as well as what I had learned from the project. Much of the work involves writing copy and press releases, so it seems they also place emphasis on writing skills. Since the company manages many platforms at the same time, the work can be quite varied and scattered. I heard that although the workload is fairly heavy, it generally isn’t to the point of requiring overtime. However, you won’t know what the actual overtime situation is like until you start working there XD
