Pros

The office is an open-plan environment. Transportation nearby is very convenient, with the MRT and YouBike. If you commute by scooter, there are also parking lots and spaces nearby. Since it is in the Nangang Software Park, there is a food court downstairs, so you do not have to get rained on, and there are also many restaurants and bubble tea shops nearby. They are fairly bold when it comes to salary offers, which should be above the industry average (at least based on the two interviews I had, I could feel a difference). They also ask more detailed questions about the job, including your previous work situation and the best policies or systems at your former company (I am not sure whether they want to use them as a reference). They have a personality test that is quite similar to the “Nine Core Competencies” assessment on job banks.

Cons

When filling out the questionnaire during the interview, they asked applicants to write about the worst policy or system at their previous company, which was a little strange. Also, the company has cats, so it may not be suitable for people with allergies. They also asked about my thoughts on working overtime (I feel the answers are probably similar in the design and exhibition industries: there will be overtime, depending on whether it is the busy or slow season, I suppose). I am still waiting to hear back.
