1. The company is large and beautiful.

2. The interviewer and HR representative were friendly.

3. They explained the work and division of responsibilities in detail, and explicitly stated that revisions are extremely frequent; six people work on one DM.

4. A bottle of water was provided.

1. You have to fill out the personnel information form at home in advance. It is practically an investigation into your personal background, along with various preference surveys. The information is retained for five years (if you are hired, the five-year period is calculated from the date of departure).

2. You have to take a 20-minute intelligence test covering logic questions, one-variable linear equations, two-variable linear equations, calculation questions, and number sequences. No pen is provided for the written test, so you have to bring your own. They do not tell you in advance that there will be a test.

3. The interviewer had clearly not done their homework. They gave you two minutes to look at the DM while they reviewed the personnel information form (not your résumé—the personal-background information they asked you to fill out at home) and the test results.

4. They do not have their own salary system; they require all of your previous salary information in order to determine your salary.

5. They were extremely vague about overtime.

6. You have to submit a copy of your highest academic diploma just for the interview.
