A normal 14 months’ salary, with no bonuses; the starting salary is better than that of typical companies.

In 2018–2019, all the capable people left, both one after another and in groups. Later, R&D rapidly recruited a batch of junior employees from Macro X, most of whom had no real ability to contribute. After capable managers gradually resigned, people who had been around longer from other departments took over, but most lacked actual management skills.

The turnover rate is extremely high. For women, there are no obstacles to promotion as long as they know how to put on an act and curry favor with the boss. Those who work hard end up working themselves to death, while those who do not work but know how to put on an act get to take it easy.

The main pressure does not come from the work itself. There are no processes or systems, and no sense of cohesion. People privately push responsibility onto one another, while most managers only look out for themselves and make those below them take the blame.

The boss is the only person above everyone else, and whatever the boss says is absolute.

Recommendation:

If you want to make money, you can come. But if you have aspirations for career development, don’t come.
