Make a lot of money when the stock market is doing well
An outrageous company. The boss runs things like the military, shows no respect for people, and is authoritarian and male-chauvinist.
In meetings, the supervisor monopolizes the discussion (scolding people from beginning to end) and launches personal attacks.
The head of the brokerage business favors senior single female employees, taking pleasure in forcing them to do things successfully and seeing the troubled but compliant expressions on their faces. The women, in turn, treat the supervisor like a hero, reporting every big and small matter to curry favor and indulge in fantasies of becoming his mistress. Lacking the ability to get things done, they only dare say yes repeatedly and do not dare express their own ideas, using subordinates as cannon fodder. Eventually, they develop mental and physical problems and seek counseling.
The secretary is also arrogant and self-important, abusing her authority, with no understanding of professionalism, blocking everything and demanding that people curry favor.
