Pros
The staff member who greeted the interviewee was quite polite.
Cons
I interviewed for a drafting position, and the female owner belittled my abilities with all kinds of absurd reasons. Afterward, she said that my abilities were insufficient and that I still needed to be trained, so the only thing they could offer was piece-rate pay of 600–800 per item. It was very humiliating.
