The information on Facebook and other online platforms is very well written.
1. More effort should be made to understand the interviewee’s background and requirements, to avoid making them come for nothing.
2. During the interview, after reviewing the interviewee’s basic information and finding that their salary expectations exceed the company’s budget, the interviewer will thoughtfully inform them that the interview will end because their expectations are too high.
3. During the interview, it would be more respectful if the experience were consistent with the company’s image on Facebook or job boards.
4. Every professional has gone through a process of effort and development. If the candidate’s experience does not match the company’s criteria (and the company may not have clearly identified this issue), could both parties still make every effort to leave a good impression, even if they cannot work together?
